We are very excited to announce our recent acquisition of additional shares in Auto Search Technologies (AST), which makes ApogeeINVENT the controlling owner of the automotive website provider.
Once part of our product line, we've continued to work closely with AST since it was incorporated in 2007. Together, we've created high performance websites for hundreds of auto dealers in the United States and Canada, as well as been the software providers for 18 state Independent Auto Dealer Associations, the National Alliance of Buy Here Pay Here Dealers (NABD) and the National Independent Auto Dealer Association (NIADA) and NIADA.TV.
We are confident that our decision to take over operations for the growing business will help streamline day-to-day operations and new product development, allowing our combined teams to better serve current and future automotive dealership clients.
